Matt is most often referred to by his loyal customers as “the red-headed phone guy”. Working in the industry for over 20 years, he has become regarded as an expert in telephony technology with field experience in various technical roles. Matt was previously Director of Operations with Terra Telecom, a national interconnect, but earned his most admired title in the field by being “the phone man who puts his customers first”.
Matt is originally from Tucson Arizona but grew up in Jenks from Age 11. Matt learned his work ethic on his parents’ ranch where he cared for over 60 horses, often working from before dawn till after dusk. Matt has maintained his work ethic but traded the horse stall for highly technical communication systems.
What Matt loves most about his line of work is the enjoyment he receives when he resolves a business critical client issue that was deemed “impossible to solve”. Matt is a phone/network /security nerd and proud of it!
Matt and his wife Amie live in the Tulsa area with their three daughters and son. Matt is an avid roller-blader, enjoys playing ice hockey, shoots a mean game of pool and loves a great game of chess.

She strongly holds the belief that technology should help people achieve more with less and is committed to provide solutions for her clients that complement, rather than hinder their business objectives.
Amie holds a business degree in Entrepreneurial Management and an MBA from the University of Tulsa. She is a former leader of Tulsa’s Young Professionals’ Business Development Work Crew, where she actively led a group of volunteers to found The Forge, TYPros business incubator and co-working facility in downtown Tulsa www.theforge-tulsa.com.
Amie and her husband Matt are living their entrepreneurial dream of owning and operating their own company. They are also the very proud parents of four children. In her spare time, Amie enjoys reading and interior decorating.
Joe started his telecommunications career with the Tulsa division of Southwestern Bell in 1981. After the divestiture, Joe transitioned to AT&T working on business communication systems in Kansas City, Missouri.
Joe moved back to Tulsa in 1985 and soon thereafter began working with Toshiba telephone systems and has worked predominately with Toshiba since. Joe earned his first Toshiba certification in 1987 and continues with training updates to this very day since the technology keeps changing. Joe has certifications and experience with other telephone systems but most enjoys working with the Toshiba family of products.
Joe likes working in the telecommunications industry because “you get to be a ‘Jack of all Trades’ as we do it all, from ladders to laptops”.
Joe laughs at the fact that when he first started in the industry, there were phones with light bulbs and rotary dials and now telephone engineers are more concerned with IP addresses and email messaging.
In Joe’s words, “Who knows what comes after VOIP phones but I imagine in the years to come telecommunications will continue to evolve and keep us on our toes.”
